Push back cuticles using the cuticle pusher
Lightly buff the natural nail to remove shine
Shape the nails with the nail file if needed
Clean nails with the alcohol prep pad (this removes oils)
Choose your adhesive:
Use sticky tabs for 1–3 days of wear
Use nail glue for 5–14+ days of wear
Apply press-on nails, press firmly for 30–60 seconds

For safe removal, soak hands in a bowl of warm water for 15 minutes or less, then gently lift the nails off. Never force removal to protect your natural nails.
